Moving ZC from root to subfolder

I'm moving my zencart site from the root directory to a subfolder to password protect the entire store at a folder level in my cpanel. (don't care about seo)

So here's my prob... the configure.php files.. can you tell me whats wrong here and why i keep getting a blank page??? Subfolder is called "pass"

(Also realize theres 2 config files and made sure i'm not overwriting the wrong one or anything... help!)
