Making registration fields optional

Does anyone know if its possible to make the registr######## fields optional? i dont need their address or phone number ect. IF so how is it done?

How will your zenshop know were to ship to (or verify a C-Card address) or how to contact your customers if you don't collect this info...?

Some can be removed in Admin - Configuration - Customer Details

For the rest, you'd need to remove (or comment out) the appropriate lines in includes/templates/template_default/tpl_modules_create_account.php, then place the changed file in includes/templates/your_template

Schoolboy i forgot to mention that its only downloadable items (quick-templates.com) also which fields in includes/templates/template_default/tpl_modules_create_account.php do i have to change?
