Inaccurate estimate for guests... though still correct for users

Hi guys,

got an odd problem....

I'm using the Region Tables mod and every thing was working fine (and still is in a way) but it doesn't seem to work unless the user logs in...

basically, if a guest clicks "Estimate Shipping" it is calculated automatically at the higher region rate, but if they then enter their post code it should update to the shipping cost for thier region...

it WAS working fine, but now it is stuck on the higher region rate??? It doesn't update if the user enters their postcode.

it calculates correctly for users logged in though it is giving an inaccurate quote for guests.

any ideas what's up?

just as an example, for postcode LS25 2EF it should be £7.50, but it is still quoting £9.99.
