WA sales tax only

First and foremost, I would like to thank the developers of this fine package. Your work does not go unappreciated. Now, on to my question:

I would like to set up my store that sales tax is paid by Washington state residents *only*. No other customers will be affected by sales tax.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

I need to configure for Texas sales tax only.

I read the tutorial

and followed all the instructions.

But customers with shipping addresses in other states also get charged Texas sales tax. How do I fix it?

Hi, I'm having the same problem, and am in WA state.

All my products and categories are in my cart. I can't figure out how to charge ONLY WA state residents sales tax. I'm getting orders through from other states and it's charging them sales tax.

I have a few other carts, and they work fine, and all the settings appear to be the same...
