Would Like to Edit Orders

Greetings,

From time to time we have customers who would like to add things to an order. They email us and we can do it on thier final invoice (off zen) but not in the original order they send us. Is there a way I can add, delete, or change products for a customers order in ZEN so they can see we have made the changes that they requested ?

There is an Edit Orders addon which has limited functionality, which you might want to explore.
