How can i change the regular price display on products to something like this

Retail Price Regular Wholesale Price Power Member Price
19.95 9.00 7.00
Prices put in as example, but when your addign the product i nthe admin, it would need a place to put in the retail price, wholesale price and ower member price.
Anyone have something like this or know how it can be easily implemented

I would start by modifying pricing layout in the file:
includes/functions/functions_prices.php
