Install SQL Patches Error Message - Need Help

Sorry guys, need some help with following message when copy and paste the CAPTCHA install_captcha.sql content under the Tools>Install SQL Patches.

ERROR: Cannot insert configuration_key "" because it already exists
Note: 1 statements ignored. See "upgrade_exceptions" table for additional details.

Use phpmyadmin or?? and check what is there as these are chronological

Back up your DB first - then using phpmyadmin browse the configurations table and look towards the end for an entry that is like what yor patch is - it may be that it was installed previously or might have existed as this is the error message that you are getting - not really and error just stating that it already exists

After some tries...still can't over this error message...any help gentlemen????
