I don't have a template folder

I don't know what the deal is. I don't have a includes template folder. So how can I change my logo.gif. I am using the generic template that comes with zen cart. So I don't know what happened, but it is gone and I don't remember deleting it. I still have the zen cart logo and I have changed the text to the right of the logo. I now just need to change the logo.
Help!!

You shouldn't be making changes in the /template_default or /classic folders. Copy the files you need to change to folders you create (all with the same name) and make the changes in the copies.
