    but this is very unstable service godaddy has.. there are other websites, whether you access on low or high in the day.. it is always fast! .. and they are not in a dedicated server!!

    does switching to a dedicated server the best way to go ? because i am planning to double the number of items i will have on the site.. that will be over 25000 pictures !!.. the last thing i need is a flaky service

    You don't necessarily need a dedicated server.
    You just need a well-tuned server.

    Talk to some of the certified hosts. Ask if they will show you some sites of clients who have 25000 products. Visit the sites and see how well they perform.
