Adding new products problem

i've just installed ZenCart a few days ago, I've finished customizing it but when I try to add new products in the appropriate catagories a blank page comes up with "this webpage cannot be found" and I know I haven't touched anything in the php file that relates to this...any ideas?

Sounds like you may have some bad or corrupt files ...

What happens if you switch to the Classic Template? Does it work now?

If so, then the error is in one or more of your custom files ...

If not, then try reloading the original files ...

NOTE: be sure to have a backup of your site to ensure you do not overwrite any of your customizations ...

Not being able to see your site makes this more or less a guessing game beyond that ...
