Default Reduce the padding between center box and sideboxes

Where is this padding or margin value for the gap between sideboxes and center box and also sideboxes to each other? I keep toying and never seem to locate. I have adjusted the values in admin configuration and also every one seemingly related to center/sideboxes in the stylesheet and the space seems to stay the same with the center box changing in width in certain configurations. But I could be imaginging the centerbox changing har dot tell I can see straight anymore...

    Please help Thanks

Password protected so it is a hassle to get access. But there is perhaps a 1/4 inch buffer between the center box and the sideboxes.

This has to be an easy one I just don't know where to look.

There are no numbers in the "boxes" area on the stylesheet.css that come close to that large padding so it has to be located in another file I am just not sure which one.

Since we can't see it, you can do the troubleshooting on your own. Use the Firefox Web Developer's Information > Display Element Information button, and click on various elements in that area. It will show the element identity and all of its ancestors, so you can try adjusting those in your stylesheet.

    GOT IT!

The padding between sideboxes and main product listings and or center box is controlled by the banner padding setting about 1/3 into the stylesheet.

Easy to modify but not where I expected it to be. Even so thanks for the help and maybe this will benefit others as that huge space looks really stupid when compared to one with a minimal space. I highly recommend this tweak for your visuals.
