    Default EXTRA CC ORDER Info email

    I need to manually enter the cc info from the customer into the Authorize.net's recurring billing form on their website. (to customize Zencart to do that would mean I'd have to hire a techie and I can't afford it)

    Everything I need comes inside the email confirmation Zencart sends to the admin email, except the full cc # of course. But in TEST mode, Zencart DOES send out a second email (subject line: EXTRA CC ORDER) which contains the missing cc# digits.

    Question: Is it possible to configure the admin to send that EXTRA CC ORDER Info email out for a regular cc order, so that I can then upload the info into Authorize's recurringbilling form? Otherwise I have to phone each customer and get into way more individualized time than I would like. (site: http://oshoboulder.org/store)

    What payment modules do you have enabled?

    From what you posted, it seems you want to skip using the automated built-in authorize.net modules, and use the basic Offline Processing Credit Card module.
    Is that correct?

    Could you please try to re-explain the problem. I don't think I fully understand what you're saying is not working right.

    Hi, everything is working OK, just I need something a little extra. The problem begins if the user wants to purchase a tangible product AND a subscription in the same cart.

    I am using the built in Authorizenet_aim module. Works great. There is also a module called athorizenet_arb (automated recurring billing) which I have installed as well. That is supposed to populate a new recurring billing acc. at authorize.net. The problem is the user has to choose one method of payment or the other at checkout time. So if there are any tangible products in the shopping cart as well as his subscription (which can only be paid for using the ARB module), if the user chooses the ARB method of payment, it won't work. He'll be paying the wrong amount for his subscription.

    To alter the zencart script so that it sends two amounts simultaneously to authorize.net (one for the tangible product, one for the subscription) would take more skill and time than I have. I am hoping to set up a work around so that Zencart can send the extra order info email to me which includes the missing cc# digits so that I can login to the authorize site myself and set up the subscription account. That way I can sell the subscription as a regular product using only the authorizenet_aim payment module and not get into two different modules which need a lot of customization.
