Our store is running on 1.3.7.1.

We have many products with a double quote character in the product name, such as 14" 10 Hole Triple Flange Hoop. If you use just the " character in the product name it shows up fine on the pages within zen cart but it gets stripped from the browser title bar and the browser tab.

If I use " instead then the " shows up in the title bar and tab just fine.

Here's the bug: If I go to an existing product in the catalog manager, or anywhere else that can change the product such as the quick updates mod, to make any changes of any sort, it doesn't have to be the product name, zen will change my " to " in the product name and unless I go to the product name field and change the " back to " the " won't show up in the browser title bar or tab anymore.

I'm used to doing it now, but it's tedious. Has this been already addressed elsewhere? If so I apologise for bringing it up again, I did several searches in the forum but didn't see any post mentioning this behavior.
