Say someone buys something for 9.95, with a 5% tax that =0.4975 tax, in my zen cart it gets rounded up to .50 cents
Is this supposed to happen or is it supposed to charge 0.49 cents, i tried looking it up on my state website, but it dont mention rounding

Tax will be rounded according to common practice in retail systems the world over... greater than 0.5 will be rounded UP, less than 0.5 will be rounded DOWN.
