Creat Account Page

hello Zenners!!

I am trying to change the "create account page" but i don't know how:

Any help would be much appreciated

1. Adding a background image to the table (that is repeated)

2. and change the font size (make it bigger and bolder) of the text on that page

3. add the form in a table format.. (each field is in separate cell)

i have tried adding that to the stylesheet css, but it still didnt work?

shouldnt i modify the tpl_account_create??

any suggestions?
