Insert clickable links in product description

Is there a way to insert a clickable link in the product description?

I haved hyperlinks in all of my product descriptions which link to MIDI and MP3 files. Works fine from the product detail pages but the links do not show up in the product listing pages. How do you get HTML to work in the listing pages? I am using href for the links and as I said, they work fine from the detail pages.

Listings strip all html from the description because the listings can be truncated.

Very weird. I have links to information pages on several of my product listings, and I just checked and they are there and they work. See here for an example:

I sure wouldn't want ZC to eliminate the links, but I'm wondering WHY it works if it's not supposed to.

The links work fine on the product detail pages. I have over 9000 of them and theyare fine. It is on the listing page with all the products listed that they are stripped out. I am still hoping someone can suggest a way to stop the stripping. I can probalby live with the consequences???
