Hi all,
Question. For my International customers... shipping a 2.8lb package to Coimbra, Portugal only displays one price/UPS option. Worldwide Expedited for $136.75!!
The USPS alternatives: Global Express $78.00, Express International $39.00, and Priority International $30.50 DWARF the UPS option in pricing!
The problem is, customers would prefer to use UPS or FedEx as shipping method because they believe its safer, and trackable.
Can someone help me out? Am I doing something wrong here or is this all that displays when it comes to International rates and UPS?
