navColumnTwo (right side) not aligning correctly

my site is using a basic 3 column layout. The right column is a few pixels too high. which tpl_ page do I edit to tweak this?

No tpl file at all

Grab your atylesheet.css file and find .leftBoxContainer
Edit add the following highlighted:

.leftBoxContainer, .rightBoxContainer {
	border: 1px solid #ffffff;
	margin-top: 1.5em;
	}
