It sounds like your situation is similar to mine. Does PayPal IPN work OK for you?

Paypal IPN works fine, its just the express link from the login page. Paypal asked me to leave it turned on so that they could test it at their end yesterday but I haven't heard anything yet and its almost impossible to get them on the phone on the integration line.

Very frustrating.

You can log this problem at www.paypal.com/mts on a proper support ticket and they look at them within 1 business day. - see the contact support tab.

I have already, but it might help if you do as well so they know its not an isolated incident.

Sorry, I forgot to add that Im based in the UK and ideally I should be showing the amount of tax that is charged on all invoices (17.5%).

PayPal Express will not work properly for me when I select 'taxable goods' in my listings.

Also, my items are for some reason now displayed on the site without tax. In google checkout, the correct amount of tax is added. But in PayPal express the tax is not added and I end up undercharging.

PayPal can change the line, but I cannot find the code.
Using ZenCart 1.3.7.1

No shipping module with any sort of handling fees are installed. That's why I think this is a code error writing correct info to wrong line.

Update: After generating this error with Express Checkout, if a customer tries to checkout with Paypal, no shipping address is recorded and the tax is removed.

I would really appreciate some help with this problem.
