Tax label problem

Hi All,

If tax is charged, it shows the correct amount, but not the label. It occurs everywhere - on the catalog and the admin sections (orders, invoices etc)

I have checked the language definitions and it looks OK.

Any ideas? Are there any settings I am missing here?

But, I'm not following you. Perhaps a visual or more details will help.

The label (language definition of tax is missing):

This is the text below the product list of the admin/orders.php, when you edit an order. The value $1.51 is a tax

Sub-Total: $16.11
United Parcel Service (Ground): $14.90
: $1.51
Gift Certificates: -$30.00
Total: $3.53

The line " : $1.51" should be "Tax: $1.51"

Upgrade history.
List of Addons installed.
List of settings changes made to your site compared to a new install, such as tax calculations, tax rates, order total module settings, etc.


(I realize you may have posted some of this in other threads with other problems you've had, but it's important to note here esp if you're going to call this a bug.)

Admin->Locations/Taxes->Tax Rates ... what have you entered as your Description?

This field was empty and I changed to to "Arizona tax", but it still shows an empty label in the orders

That's correct. Existing orders will not automatically be changed.
Future orders will show the description you entered.
