New Host Needed

I have finally got through to someone in India via a phone number in the USA from my mobile in the UK to ask why all my sites have been offline for over 40 hours now and none of my service requests have been responded to.

I will update you in half an hour was the response with no explanation!

I was more than happy with my host until they were taken over by an Indian company who never have the online support switched on.

I would swap hosts tomorrow if it wasnt for the fact that most of the sites I host are zencart sites.

Is there an easy way of transferring sites from one host to another and does anyone have any recommendations for hosts? I am looking for someone who offers good customer service please which my current host used to do till they were taken over.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
