I am lost, I can't seem to grasp how to set up for taxes. I live in RI and want to tax ONLY RI sales.

ok, that was a big help, very easy, but now, when I try to run a test purchase, I get this when I click "continue" after confirming which credit card to use.

Check all three of these to make sure the proper tax is filled out correctly

When you ran your test Credit Card Number

1. Did you use?
2. Use 4111111111111111

No, I used my own card.

Is that the protocol? 4111111111...? How about expiration, etc?

Also, I didn't mention that I have paypal on this too. It's in paypal, after I pick which of my cards I want to use, that I get that error.
