Adding a copright message to every page

Is there a method that I may add a Copright message to each and every page?

The copyright statement for your site will normally be right at the top of your includes/languages/YOUR_TEMPLATE/english.php or the equivalent for the languages that you are using.

You can simply edit this to have your statement appear on every page that has a footer.

unfortunately I can't see it there... On my site, the previous owner added a copyright message and link to a site that I don't wish to be associated with.

Although this is on the home page, I can't see it in the english.php page.

Get familiar with the developers tool kit

1. admin panel/ tools/ developers tool kit
2. search at the bottom for the copyright.
3. calalog/ admin
4. click search

Here you will find the .php file to edit
