Confirm email for ADMIN not coming through

Hi,
I am testing my store out and am receiving all emails fine from the admin regarding my order (as the customer)

But the admin is not getting any sort of emails regarding order confirmation or even account confirmation!

Under the email settings I have used:
Michael <[email protected]>
obviously filling in what should be there! But nothing is coming through!
Any ideas?

This is happening to me as well - as of today.

I've had the shop for over a year.

I am not receiving the order confirmation, payment details...and I've done two test orders on my own and as a "customer" am not receiving any confirmations either.

I'm getting the confirmation email yet the first address line... (house and street) are missing... Customers are emailing me to correct their shipping address which is correct in Zen-Cart's admin section.

Im not getting admin order confirmation emails either. I wonder does anyone of you solved this? What files should I look to find a possible bug?

Mine ended up being a mail server issue.

Looking at the trouble shooter posted by dr.byte,

step 8 says check whether the email archives are showing the sent messages (there's an archive reader in the Downloads area under Admin Tools).

What if the emails are not there the order conformation e-mails aren't there but all other e-mails like order update welcome message ect are there..

Update ok i am using paypal and google checkout, and here is what i notice orders placed where the customer used paypal, a order conformation was sent, orders paid for with google no order conformation was sent, not even to the customers. Any ideas?

If the orders placed via google checkout aren't completing properly, then ... it would seem there's a bug in the google checkout code you've added.

It seems as if the google orders are being completed as it's sending information between the cart and google server , so i am not sure what would be the bug in google check out mod, but i do agree it might just be google because the conformation seems to work with other payment mods that i have tested
