First, has your site actually moved to Blue Host yet or is it still in process?
Second, do you have a mailbox set up on Blue Host for whatever address you put in as SMTP Email Account Mailbox? Does the password entered into ZC for this mailbox match exactly (including case) what you entered for the mailbox in BlueHost? I'm not trying to be patronizing, I just know I've been caught more times than I want to admit being just a little careless and mistyping something. Try logging into the mailbox itself to check the Email address and password.
If your site is in the process of moving (and it can take a week for all the pointers to get caught up), just wait and re-check after a week. If correcting the above doesn't fix it, you probably need to call Blue Host tech support. (They really do have live tech help around the clock, I called last weekend at 1am Sunday morning and got a wonderful tech who fixed me right up!)
