Unassigned Products, Products with no Categories

I am in the process of converting our older iHTML store over to a new Zen Cart install.

I have converted our category and product structure over to ZC, but I know that the data I used will have products with no assigned categories.

Is there a way to easily find or list products that have not been assigned to a category or to a category that does not exist?

I am not sure if this will work but there is a module in the download section called quick updates that will let you change-assign categories to products

I am hoping to find more of a reporting tool. The older cart I am moving from has this feature and it has come in handy over the years!
