USPS mod - United States Postal Service (0 x 0.10lbs)

I use the USPS mod for international orders (zone set up) and it worked. However, after implementing a couple of attributes to add fees to 2 items (before shipping), this is what I got on the shipping page:
United States Postal Service (0 x 0.10lbs)

All ratse are obviously $0, one item was selected and the actual of the item is 0.3lbs.

Under config/shipping-packaging, I removed the numbers are "package tare" since they offset the weight of the items.

This is bad timing since the car is now Live. 8|

Any ideas?

I also have Per Item shipping with $1 for each additional item and that works; meaning, while the number of items does not show in the USPS above, "per item" gets the number of items and increases shipping accordingly.

Could this be caused by turning SSL on for the cart?

I disabled SSL and USPS shipping is still messed up...

I just noticed that one shipping option disappeared from Shipping Method during Checkout while it's still checked in the Shipping Module for USPS.

I used to see Express Mail Int Flat Rate Env, Priority Mail International, Priority Mail Int Flat Rate Env but now the last option is no longer displaying. Nothing has changed since yesterday...

I've tried resetting the USPS mod but that didn't fix it.

What can I do?

I'm thinking about a clean install but that could be a big problem since the cart is taking orders. Can someone please help?
