Database Restore Not Working

Sorry if this is redundant.

I moved hosts and restored the site pages and thought I restored the DB because it said successful.

I have done this before many times and now products show up. ANy hints?

Server uses php5, I chose to stay with 4.

Was your previous host a cPanel host and is your new host a cPanel host?

I so, have them transfer your account.

Previous was a cpanel, new one I don't know.

I am now on Rack Space.

Rack Space hand fixed the back up SQL file. Works fine.

All my Zone definitions are missing. Instead of adding eaches to each zone def i.e. 48 states, outlying areas, Canadien provinces, world etc where would I find what I already created on the old DB?
