Default Changing the wording when setting up an account.

I'm currently setting up a site that only uses the Showcase mode.
I have the option enabled to write a review on the items but in order to do that, you are required to setup an account.
When the account is created an email is sent to the email address that was given.
Is there a way to change the content of this email because by default it talks about things that are not enabled on the cart, like drop shipping, a permanent cart etc.

If we decide to enable the cart feature down the road then I can always put that info back in.

    Thanks
    Robert
