Once you click on a category, I need to remove the category name just above the logo.

I suppose you could always make the font color the same as your background. I am sure this isn't the proper way to do it but it would work.
You might want to think about resizing some of your product images. I clicked on a few and they were HUGE. For instance, the Hawaiian Girls Gift Set picture is 3072 x 2304. Maybe a size of 640 x 480 would be better. That larger size was about 2 megs.

Yeah I could change the color. Yeah my client is adding those images, I told her they need to be resized. Thanks!

Well I can't change the color because its part of H1 heading, then I would be making the pieces of the site invisible. Anyone else have any other suggestions?
