My website has suddenly started showing 513,540 products (I actually have about 6 or 700) on the "All Products" link in the left column

I have no idea how this has happened, it was fine two days ago. It is repeating products over and over with the pics and descriptions mixed up.

Everything is fine when you click on a normal category, it is just from the all products link.
Has anyone else had this problem?
