Downloadable Producsts Problem

Hi, I'm running apache on win2k.
I can't get products that are downloadable to work. The save file dialogue box will come up in your browser and then when you click save, it will instantly say finished and when you look at the file you downloaded, it says 0 bytes. I'm not making an error on where the file is uploaded and I've tried the sample files. Removing the .htaccess file doesn't help. In attributes section the file has a green light. configphp is pointing the correct download/ folder. I've been searching through the forum for someone with a similar problem and I can't find anything. I love this script but I absolutely have to get downloadable products to work. I met all of the requirements during the setup process except for gzip. Please let me know if you need more info to help with this problem........thanks......Robb

Problem fixed!! I was rummaging through the admin menus and realized that redirect was turned on. Turning it off fixed it!! Thanks for a great script......Robb
