Shipping Configuration Based On Product Attributes

Dear Folks,

Here is a puzzler for the shipping module.
I have a product called Poster.
Poster can have many sizes 8 x 10 all the way up to 36 x 40.

Lets say 8 x 10 poster (product attribute) has shipping of 12.99 and 36 x 40 (product attribute) has shipping of 22.99.

I have another product attribute for Frame..so customer can either select no frame or add a frame which adds another 10 dollars to shipping.

How would I set the above using a flat based shipping module?

I was going to add a shipping option product attribute, but couldn't figure out how to discriminate between a 8 x 10 and 36 x 40 size poster when determining cost of shipping. Any help would be grately appreciated.
