I am Requesting Help to Create Contributions pertaining to defining shipping zones.

I just switched Hosts and all my shipping zones are empty which is why there are amber indicators near the Flat Rate module and other places. Now I have to hand insert them through the admin one by one and there seems to be no easier way.

I want to be able to create a page of definitions that anyone can drop into the SQL.

Zones:

My State
US48
US Outlying
Canadien Provinces
NO SHIP To
World

Let me know how to start this or please direct me to the right thread to see how something like this is accomplished.
