Hello everyone. I want to remove the state/province option from the registration page so it dosn't appear at all. How do I go about doing this? Thanks.

Some (including State) can be removed in Admin - Configuration - Customer Details
For the rest, you'd need to remove (or comment out) the appropriate lines in includes/templates/template_default/tpl_modules_create_account.php, then place the changed file in includes/templates/your_template
