CSS Dropdowns not working on 1 persons IE

Any clue what security setting would stop the css menus from showing in IE? I have tested it many times with no problems.

But for this one person she just can't see them.

And if you eliminate them it really messes up access times for your site.

is the CSS Menu Full CSS or does it use Javascript as well?

Full css I would think. I just used the css flyout and the css header menus on the downloads page and visually modified them a bit. I don't think these have any java embedded.

what version of IE is this one user using, Does she have any IE plugins installed?
