Add to Cart Issue

I have enjoyed reading the posts here... I have been reading them for quite some time, but had a problem for myself finally...

First let me say I am using this for a hair salon. They want to sell ONLY gift cards. I have a few issues.. but Ill stick to the main one here ...

The Add to Cart button is missing... I do not know what I did .. clealy Im a newbie .. I have read several posts on here .. and so far .. no dice... I really need help with this ...... I am pulling my hair out :) .. (funny ha .. since this is for a hair salon..) .. anyway .. I would be willing to even let anyone log in and have a peek for I just installed this the other day .. and no major information is in there .. plus Im really trusting .. if you want to log in let me know I can send you the info .. (Note I removed the header and footer ..also the side bars.. I plan on using this as a iframe in the website... also I will add a link back to zen cart on the site ...)

My other issues are:
1. It takes a really long time to load.. (Not sure why)
2. I want to each gift card to have a 3.95 fee to it..
3. Is there a way a person could set their own price (above $25) for a gift card?
(EX lets say I want to buy a gift card for $45.67 could a person plug that in .. and decide how much they want instead of using set amounts? )
