Shipping charges dropping after additional item in cart!

Hello,

Am having a problem and hope someone can help!

I've set up Table Rate shipping based on price (using ZC v1.3.8) as the only shipping option. It works great with only one item in the shopping cart -- however, when the quantity is changed in the cart, or if a customer returns to shopping and adds more items, the shipping charges are dropped! Both the checkout pages and the shipping estimator show a charge of $0.00 after an addition.

The module is set as follows:
Enable table method: True
Shipping table: 25:6.95,40:7.95,55:8.95,70:9.95;85:10.95,200:12.95,10000:14.95
Table method: price
Handling fee: $0.00
Tax class: taxable goods
Tax basis: shipping
Shipping zone: United States

Any ideas why the charge is being dropped? Thanks in advance!

Anyone with any ideas? Am sure this is something very simple I'm overlooking . . . but I still haven't figured it out!

Any help here is much appreciated -- again, the problem is that when any quantity of any item is more than one in the cart, or if a second item is added to the cart, shipping = $0.00. Set up as table rate based on price. Does work with just qty 1 of 1 item in cart.

What other addons/contributions are installed?

Add-ons: CC-Accept (sidebox), Cross_Sell1.3.0, Newsletter_Subscribe (sidebox), Price_List, Recently_Viewed (sidebox), Zen_Lightbox, Return_Authorization, and your debug_error_logging (only when needed).

Also using the "Acadame" template from iChoze.net. The URL is n/a.

If you set up a fresh install of Zen Cart without any addons, can you duplicate this behavior?
I can't.
Then start re-adding your addons, and see which one breaks it.

Just a follow up - I figured out what the problem was! Or at least figured out how to make the shipping option work correctly. I assigned sort orders to the shipping options in Modules ---> Shipping. That corrected it, and all calculations based on price are working!
