I'm not intimately familiar with that addon. But, just an outsider's comment ... would the rates be different if you specified parcel dimensions?

They would, however I'm not sure this module does it. I do not require that feature because all my boxes are standard sizes and they do not exceed the sizes that UPS charges a surcharge for. I'm pretty sure it has mutiple boxes built in from my playing around with it....however I do not require that either so I do not use it.
The main issue for me now is it is not giving me my discounted negotiated rates from UPS, I have talked UPS tech support and they are looking at this module...that is why I have asked if anyone is getting their discounted negotiated rates using this module?
UPS asked me to capture and send the pure XML Request which will show them what they need to see to troubleshoot my issue further...anyone know how would I do that, I would love to give it to them and get this module updated if it needs to be.
Second, they said to please make sure the following elements are in your XML Rate Request:
1. Your UPS shipper number must be listed under the Shipper canister. (from the imput fields in this module in the Admin section it is not)
2. The ShipTo canister must contain the State/Providence code.
3. The ShipFrom canister must contain the State/Providence code.
4. The NegotiatedRatesIndicator element must be in the RateInformation canister. (Not sure if this is hard coded in the module. I scanned though the code and did not see anything that looks like it is....not sure)
Thanks!
If I recall correctly there is some debug/logging support built-in to the module, and the details on activating it are in the readme documentation, and maybe even the wiki article.

Great, I turned it on and sent it to them....I will update this post when I figure this out.
Thank you for your help!
I uploaded a new version I modified for my website, it will return Negotiated Rates only. Read the readme file, you have to add your UPS account number to one line in the file!
It is available at the below post:

Hope this helps...
