Hello,
Running zenCart v1.3.7 right now. I moved my e-mail to an external box and now cannot send order confirmation e-mails. It gives me the error:
[email protected] is fake. Anyways, the IP address, port, username and password are all correct. What could be stopping this from working? I am using SMTPauth.Code:Email Error: SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: [email protected]
The IP address I am using is internal, does it need to be an external IP address?
I can send contact us e-mails with out a problem.
