    Default Problem with Centerbox Header

    Hey everyone!
    Im having a problem with my Centerboxes headings... what i mean is that I have successfully changed the heading for my sideboxes with images that I have made, but I want to change the centerboxes now, and no matter what I do it won't work.

    I've gone to the whats_new.php, and english.php files, edited them like I was supposed to with sideboxes and it didn't work.

    Also I tried another way with CSS with the .centerBoxWrapper {} that didn't work.

    Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong. It's a noob mistake im sure, but any help will be great!

    Here is the Tutorial that I used:

    id on't know if im going about setting up my custom shop the right way or not...
    everyone seems to be able to get their carts up very quickly even though they are beginners.

    most all of the changes you see from the default template to what i have linked you were all hand coded by myself by going through tons of files and css / php code to redo gfx and whatnot. is there an easier way?

    okay check this link out...
    this is how i modified the Categories header and the Bestsellers header...

    https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=135

    i went to
    includes/languages/CUSTOM/english.php

    and

    Now in includes/modules/sideboxes/CUSTOM/categories.php

    i didn't use CSS to change those two...
    i figured if i did the same with the "whats_new.php" file
    and the "featured.php" file it would work...

    see where im coming from now?

    Yes, I do.

    It is easier to do the following below to create your effect.
    Read the url you sent to me, look at the stylesheet section

    Sw,
    I see you are using a template..

    Ok,
    Locate the override folder stylesheet.css

    Find the following declaration in the stylesheet.css
    1. .centerBoxHeading
    2. if not found add the following below
    3. You half to create a image in photoshop
    4. use the ftp program and upload in 2 different files:
    5. includes/ templates/ override folder/ templates/ images
    6. includes/ images
    .centerBoxHeading {
    background-image: url(../images/center_box.gif);
    }

    1. you can use any name for the file above in red, change to your liking

    okay cool...

    you said:

    Sw,
    I see you are using a template..

    by this do you mean modifying the default template with my own images?
    if so then yeah I am, but does that mean there is an easier was for me
    to modify my cart than this? :)
