I have installed Easy Populate Advanced on my site , but it's not working. The think is when i have imported the product file it said "upload successfully" but the products not in the catalog. Nothing shows up on the site. I've been trying to get a question answered and submitted multiple support tickets to zencartbuilder.com, but no responds from them. The help desk on this site is disabled. There is no such information in the manual as well. So, here i'm am, stuck with this problem and can't get any help from zencartbuilder The people should know what to expect from zencartbuilder.com before they're buying this program. If you're willing to burn your time and money, then this program is for you. Does anyone have any success on using this program?
