problems installing image handler 2

Hi,

i had to recreate a post because the forum did not let me reply to the last one.

problem:

I have installed the lastest Zend version without any problems.i have also uploaded a new template,everything was going well till i upload image handler 2.

Now i get this error:

Warning: require_once(/home/www/mysite/zencart/includes/extra_configures/bmz_io_conf.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/www/mysite/zencart/admin/includes/extra_configures/bmz_io_conf.php on line 12

I have CHMOD the bmz_cache to 777,still nothing

I have reinstalled everything bit by bit 7 times!!!i am getting crazy now,please help!!!!

i have also found this on a website but cannot understand it:

If you use a custom template, copy the contents of includes/templates/template_custom into your custom template’s folder. If you have modified any of the files located in this contribution’s includes/templates/template_custom folder, you need to merge these files (popup_image_additional/tpl_main_page.php in particular) with those of your custom template.
