Yes the file bmz_io_conf.php does exist but when i open it there is nothing in it at all,i have been onto the zen website and redownloaded the file reopened it and still didn't find anything in it.
Your download has failed.
bmz_io_conf.php is not supposed to be empty, it has 26 lines of code.
custom_template folder is located in \includes\templates\ folder and contains 2 additional folders with files. This is part of Image Handler files.
Are you downloading Image Handler from here?

Is this a Template Monster template? If so you are going to have a very hard time.
