Display all products for Category

Hello, I'm using 1.3.8a. I have the category box on the left side of the page. When a category is clicked I'd like it to show all of the products from that category and all of the products from all sub categories in the center column (keeping my limit of 15 products per page, not ALL on the same page). I do not want the sub-category links displayed in the center column.

Pretty much the only reference to sub categories that I'd like to see on the site will be in the category box.

Sorry, this cannot be done. The structure does not allow for categories and products to be displayed on one page.

I simply created an additional category called "list all products" and merely linked all the products from the various sub-categories into this higher level category.

The customer can now choose whether he/she wants to browse by sub-category or list all products for category. Very usefull on slower connections.
