Shipping to Canada and US, two flat rates

Hi,

I'm new to Zen Cart and really like it, but am having trouble figuring out how to set up the shipping module to reflect how my client wants to charge for shipping.

Here's what I'm trying to achieve...

Shipping to US and Canada only

Shipping rate for US = $10.00 (flat rate)
Shipping rate for Canada = $20.00 (flat rate)

All orders over $100.00 gets free shipping.

I'm thinking that you could use Zone Rates and have it set up like this..

Zone 1 Countries:
US

Zone 1 Shipping Table:
100:10,10000:0

Zone 2 Countries:
CA

Zone 2 Shipping Table:
100:20,10000:0

Make sure Calculation Method is set to Price

Thanks very much for your input. I've set it up as you suggested.... one more thing... Only the US orders over $100.00 are free shipping. Is there anything I need to modify so that doesn't apply to Canada as well?

Should "Zone Rates" be the only module that I use, and have all the rest of them disabled?

In that case, change Zone 2 Shipping Table to..

10000:20

I am useing Zone Rates for my international customers. How can I turn off the US shipping Rates ( Ground, Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, 3-day Air these options) when it is a international customer order. only show Zone Rates option.
