Is there a way to edit the search bar at the top of the page from the admin site?

use the search mode at the bottom left to find the wording inside the search bar
The results:
Now you will see the file you need to edit

A. Change Box Size in Search Box

2. width= 120 to 135

5. ftp the file

B. Change Wording in Search Box
1. includes/ languages/ english/ header.php
1. Line 28
2. ftp to: includes/ languages/ english/ your template/ header.php
