Delivery Information form width

When I am putting in a test order and I get to the Delivery Information screen, the content section is about 40 pixels wider than the main content section normally is. I can't figure out which part of the CSS needs to be altered to fix this. Any help is welcome.

I just need to know which part of the CSS to alter. I've changed the width for every section that seemed applicable but it seems like one of those deals where I have to add something that isn't there already.
