Default Migrating Users from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8

I created a brand new site in 1.3.8. I moved all the tables that start with customers_ from a 1.3.7 installation. However, I can see all of the users in the admin panel, but when I click on them, I get the following errors:

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in /mnt/Target01/329992/344768/www.*.com/web/content/store/admin/customers.php on line 1099

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in /mnt/Target01/329992/344768/www.*.com/web/content/store/admin/customers.php on line 1101

Warning: reset() [function.reset]: Passed variable is not an array or object in /mnt/Target01/329992/344768/www.*.com/web/content/store/admin/includes/classes/object_info.php on line 29

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /mnt/Target01/329992/344768/www.*.com/web/content/store/admin/includes/classes/object_info.php on line 30

Migrated users also have trouble logging in.

However, 1.3.8 users are working like normal.

    Any thoughts?

Why did you do it that way? Do you realize that by mixing tables from different versions you can create chaos?

Nevertheless, your problem is that you're missing the address_book table data that matches the customers you copied.

Thanks, it did work. However, I think you're right, it did seem to cause issues with paypal for some old users...

Is there a better way to migrate users?

You should do an UPGRADE... Dr Byte has posted extensively on this forum about how to do an upgrade.
