1062 Duplicate Entry Product_listing_layout_style installing Columnar Product Listing

#1062 - Duplicate entry 'PRODUCT_LISTING_LAYOUT_STYLE' for key 2

Tried to install the columnar product listing module. Have never had any problem before but this time it just is not working.

Please advise how to get rid of the aforementioned error.

I followed all the directions, I went to the old database where it was working and searched for all the settings. In the old database where were no settings for PRODUCT_LISTING_LAYOUT_STYLE either but it worked. I don't know what to do now.

Please advise.

www.blueshoearts.org/anewgallery does not -- this is the upgrade to 1.3.8a I did not have this problem with my other sites.

If you're getting that error message, then the value *is* in the database that you're trying to add it to.
Maybe you're running the SQL update against the wrong database?
